Minimum Order Quantity 

 

Our minimum order quantity is 30pcs per order/ content.

Different details/text/color will be count as separate order.

Customize a New Design

Rush Orders 

 

 Depending on your estimated due date.

Kindly let us know your desired date to receive the

invitation cards and we will check the workloads and also the stock of the selected materials and get back to you on the requested time frame.

Order Process

 

Let us know the desired date you would like to receive your invitation cards. We will check the slot availability​

and revert back with the available date.

(which is the date we will be sending out the invitation cards)

A link will be sent to you to fill up the required

invitation cards details upon confirmation. 

Proof Read 

 

 We recommend having your families and friends help you to proofread for everything, including spelling and grammar as we’re not responsible for any misspelling or grammar errors.

If you catch any mistakes,let us know and we’ll assist to revise accordingly until it is approved for printing.

Approved proof is final and any reprints due to errors will be at the cost of the client. 

Shipping & Delivery

 

All orders are shipped out from Petaling Jaya, Selangor, Malaysia.

Shipping duration is approximately :

​

1-3 working days for West Malaysia

2-5 working days for East Malaysia (Sabah & Sarawak)

5-14 working days for International Delivery 

(depending on your country and delivery options)

Delivery dates are an estimate only, not a guarantee.

Delivery during peak season and to remote areas may take longer. Delivery charges will be provided upon confirmation.

Self Collection

 

Our self collection is available on Saturday only,

time between 11am - 2pm.

Location at PJS 1, Petaling Jaya, Selangor. 

 Print My Own Design

 

Yes. Kindly upload your design and send to us via email

We will review the design and advise you the next step.

International Orders

 

Yes, we do ship worldwide!

E-invitation

 

For each order above 100pcs, we will export a digital version of your invitation card in JPEG format as your e-invitation

for WhatsApp and Email purpose.

Design Timeline

 

Upon deposit, first draft will be send within 2-4 working days.

There is 2-3 minor changes* allowed during the revisions.

Each subsequent amendment will take 2-3 working days.

We will send you the revised / final revisions for your review and if you need revision after three (3) rounds of revisions, each additional round will be charged at RM 30.

Payment Terms & Method

 

70% deposit upon confirmation and 30% one week before we proceed to ship out the parcel /collection.

​

We accept payment via Online Banking Transfer for local clients, and Telegraphic Transfer, TransferWise, and Western Union for international clients.

Returns & Cancellation

​

We only accept cancellation on the below conditions :

No deposit made

No design/ visual sent for review

​

If you decide to cancel your order after our designers have created your proof, you’ll be charged of RM200 for cancellation fee.

​

If you are about to postpone your wedding date, let us know as soon as you can and we will happily to secure your slot in our order system without any penalty until you confirm your final details before printing.

Printing & Colours

​

Please keep in mind that actual colours may vary.

Every screen has a different capability to display

colours and this may effect the digital preview.

Printing colour also may appear slightly different on different material and lighting. We cannot guarantee the printed product to have the exact colour of digital preview.

We do not offer replacement for prints color that does not match your screen color.
